What Is Fitness?

Fitness is a state when a person’s physical health and mental health care? most peoples consider fitness is only attached to maintaining the physique and mental health. The mental and physical health of a person combined is called fitness.

Fitness plays a very important role in one life that is why keeping ourselves mentally and physically fit. To become physically fit, you have to exercise and remain active mental fitness. A person who is mentally fit is supposed to have a better ability to react positively in different situations.
